Equinextion Associate Trimmers (EqAT) applications
Do you have a desire to trim for others or already are? Do
you want ongoing support and training in your evolving business of trimming for others? Are you willing to attend
at least one Equinextion clinic per year to keep your skills and advance and develop your trimming talents? Does the
philosophy of Equinextion fit with your beliefs?
If so ... you may be accepted to train and become an EqAT
(Equinextion Associate Trimmer).
Once accepted you will have access to the website to post your
information and contact information.
Because we want to put out qualified trimmers who 'fit' with
the Equinextion philosophy in trimming and natural horse care, only those people who we think will become great trimmers
and/or educators will be accepted and finalized as Equinextion Associate Trimmers.
Because
every person comes to this from different experiences, each applicant will be assessed individually and will be accepted when
ready and having passed a final exam of trimming and interviews.
Some
people will require more training than others. They can participate in clinics, private sessions or camps, as well
as attend some specific training on trimming for others while carrying the EqAT name.
Once
accepted and accredited as an EqAT, you will have space on the website, support through the forum/private emails/phone calls,
have your own Equinextion business cards and have access to future trimming clinics as a guest or assistant. Also you will
have education materials to keep as a lending library to help educate your clients on trim procedures, natural care and the
transition process.
As
an accredited EqAT, you will be required to attend at least one Equinextion clinic per year (either private or group or camp) and
have a yearly membership fee to secure your place in the Equinextion community.
